BOIL WATER ORDER ISSUED IN STONEHAM
From the Stoneham Board of Health:
Per DEP Regulation, the Town of Stoneham has issued a Town-wide BOIL WATER ORDER on Friday, Sept. 14, 2018.
This precautionary measure is as a result of a positive coliform sample taken on Whipple Avenue. It is important to note that, at this time, there are NO positive E. Coli samples in the Town’s water supply and we must reiterate that the Town of Stoneham is taking maximum precaution in this endeavor.
The order will remain until at least Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018
